What's the refund policy?

A 14-day money-back guarantee — no questions asked. Email support@gzoomedia.comfrom the address you bought with within 14 days of purchase and we refund in full. Your license and download links are switched off when the refund goes through — that's the whole process.

What does "12 months of updates" mean?

Every release we ship in the 12 months after your purchase is included — sign in to your account, grab a fresh link, re-run the installer. After that, the versions you've downloaded are yours forever: the app never expires, never phones a license server, and keeps working even if you never update again.

Does my footage go to the cloud?

No. Footage, projects, renders, and your API keys all stay on your computer. The app makes outbound calls only to the AI providers you configure in Settings (script writing, shot planning) and, if you use them, stock/B-roll providers — always with your own keys. There is no telemetry, no license server, and no auto-update.

Do I need my own AI key?

Yes — one key from Claude (Anthropic), DeepSeek, or any OpenAI-compatible provider, pasted into Settings once. It's a five-minute setup and the running cost is typically cents per video — the full explanation is here.

How do I uninstall it?

Delete the install folder (%LOCALAPPDATA%\GZOOMediaStudio on Windows, ~/GZOOMediaStudioon Mac and Linux) plus the Desktop shortcut and Start/app menu entry. That's everything — the installer adds no services, no registry entries, and no system packages.

Which platforms can I buy today?

Windows 10/11 (64-bit), macOS on Apple Silicon (M1 or newer), and Linux x64. Intel Macs aren't supported.

My download link expired — did I lose the app?

Never. Download links are personal and time-limited (72 hours) for your protection, but you can mint a fresh one anytime by signing in at gzoomedia.com/account — no password, we email you a sign-in link.

Anything about licensing I should know?

Your purchase licenses the studio for your own use — not for redistribution or resale. The studio renders video with Remotion, which is free for individuals and companies of up to 3 people; larger companies need their own Remotion license (remotion.dev/license) — buying the studio does not include one.
