What you need
Windows 10/11, macOS on Apple Silicon (M1 or newer), or Linux (x64). ~10 GB free disk, and your own AI provider key (set up on first run). The installer brings everything else — Node, Python, dependencies — self-contained in one folder. How the install works.
The one thing that isn't free
Studio is free and the software never charges you. It calls an AI provider with yourkey, though, and that provider bills you directly for what you generate — typically a few dollars a month at a normal publishing pace, and nothing at all when you aren't generating. What that actually costs.
Licensing note
Studio renders video with Remotion, which is free for individuals and companies of up to 3 employees. Larger companies need their own Remotion license (remotion.dev/license) — Studio does not include one.
